AGREEMENT
By placing an order, you agree to the following:
- the terms outlined on this page
- to keep in contact with me during the entire process
- to be transparent about how my work will be usedThese terms are bound to change without notice and many will apply on a case-by-case basis.ORDERING
To order, contact me through this form or through my social media. I may accept or decline the commission at my own discretion within 48 hours. If you do not receive a reply, please contact me on any of my socials, stating that you have requested a commission without a reply.
Please note that prices will differ across platforms due to potential fees on platforms (i.e. fiverr).PAYMENT
At the moment, the only forms of payment I accept are through paypal, fiverr, or discord nitro. If paying with Paypal, I expect at least a 50% payment upfront, and the rest when the commission is finished. Other payment plans can be discussed - paying with Discord Nitro, for example, will use a different set of prices.DURING ORDER
I will send updates in the timeframes discussed with the client - revisions can be made at any point during this time, although extra fees may occur if the revision disrupts the workflow significantly.DELIVERY
Commissions will be delivered within a timeframe agreed upon by the client, taking into account the specific order and circumstances. If you require my commission by a specific deadline, you may be charged extra.
You will receive the following, in a zipped folder:Rigging:
- moc3 file
- all texture atlases
- all expression files (exp3.json or motion3.json)
- model3.json, cdi3.json, and physics3.json files
- if you plan on using VTube Studio, I will also provide the .vtube file.
- the cmo3 (source file) can be requested for an additional $10.Animation:
- MP4 video (multiple background colours)
- MOV video (transparent background)
- the can3 (source file) can be requested for an additional $10.REFUNDS
Refunds will always be issued when:
- I reach out, requesting a refund for any reason.
- the client cancels the order before I start working on the commission.
The percentage of refunds given are on a case-by-case basis.Refunds will never be issued when:
- 1 week has passed since the commission has been delivered.COPYRIGHT
I have the right to show the client's order as a portfolio and post showcase videos to my social media at any point in time, unless previously discussed with the client. Any projects under NDA require an extra fee.
The client can:
- do what they wish with the model, given that it follows the below terms
- resell the model after notifying me and giving proper credit
The client cannot:
- claim the work as their own - credit must be given appropriately wherever my work is used, or in a permanent spot (e.g. twitter bios, youtube descriptions)
- use any of my work for any blockchain-related technology, including, but not limited to NFTs and cryptocurrency.
- use any of my work for to train AI, unless explicitly given permission.MISCELLANEOUS
I'm open to rigging a variety of styles and characters, but there are certain styles I'm more comfortable with than others.
I don't accept NSFW commissions, although suggestive/slight nudity is fine.
